Come to see the place but don’t stay to sleep.
✓ The location of the property is amazing. The views of the city and the mountains are breathtaking.

A beautiful and unforgettable stay with wonderful hospitality!
✓ What a special, special place! I will never forget my stay here. Such a beautiful place in the hills. My room was beautiful and had a wonderful view. Also, nobody is talking about how wonderful the dinner is in the restaurant! Such wonderful food and hospitality.

Excellent value hotel in a beautiful part of Italy, thoroughly recommended.
✓ A really beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and calming, you could hear the owls at night. Comfortable and well equipped rooms with all necessities catered for and a fabulous view across the gardens to the sea. The staff were all helpful and friendly - we think it should have at least 4 stars.

Dea Sir, we inform you that there are no public means to get to our hotel. The only way is by taxi. The only shuttle bus from our hotel is during the summer to the beach of San Michele in Sirolo. Kind Regards Sabrina

Dear Sir , The closest beach is about 4 km far from our hotel and we offer a free shuttle service ( at fixed time) during the summer . It is possible to reach the beach parking place by private car ( about 3 km far) and from there also take the public bus Kind regards
