Old but charming
✓ The place was kept very clean. Cleaned every day with regular towel changes. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from what I would call old town going out area where all the restaurants and bars are. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away. Wifi was decent.
✗ Furniture was old, like decades old. But it did its job. Mattresses were the one thing where the old is very noticeable. Zero sound insulation. You can hear a fly walking on a wall two rooms away. No parking but it's hard to expect it in this area of town. There is a large free parking 8 minutes away.

Great stay in Cagliari
✓ Staff has been super helpful with check in and check out. Location is perfect to visit the city (or for business). The room was big and bright, facing the main road. Everywhere was clean and neat.
✗ Services could be better in terms of snacks and beverages in the hotel.
