The purpose of this stay was to relax for a few days which was achieved! Everything was top from start to finish!
✓ We had a superior suite and the terrace was huge with a view of the horse track plus uninterrupted views of Sicily! The outdoor pool was really nice and very clean. The pool bar staff were amazing with very decent prices. The breakfast had a vast variety of savoury and sweet items. One tip would be to ensure you go between 08:30 and 09:00. The food at their restaurant was very good as well! All in all a very pleasant stay!

✓ Room was good, especially the control units by the bed for the lights. Pool was nice. Lots of choice available at breakfast, including many fresh pastries.
✗ Had to ask multiple times for basic things at breakfast, such as plates, spoons, and coffee (the machine was out of order)

Very disappointed. was not as advertised. was so far out, that you definitely need a car. no restaurants nearby.

✗ everything was closed. all facilities closed. no bar, no coffee shop, no outdoor pool, no outside space open.

✗ They called the police and had me removed because I told the receptionist that she was very rude and I would complain to the manager about her on the following day.

Overall, I was disappointed and it was not the relaxing holiday I was hoping for
✓ - clean room - nice staff
✗ - room definitely not soundproof - you hear EVERYTHING what is going on on the hallway or rooms around your own. Air con loud and not possible to switch it off completely. Not able to get a good sleep - located in the middle of nowhere. Absolutely lost without a car. Shuttle from the airport is 120€, to Siracusa 50€ (that´s one way!). No public transport so you have to eat in the restaurant which has a very limited choice (maybe due to to off season or after the pandemic?!) - breakfast only includes sweet stuff. Eggs, sausage etc. cost extra. Juice in a small plastic cup - overall it seems nothing was done to keep the hotel up-to-date. Not sure how it got 4* (or even 5 in the past)

✗ The air-conditioning. The breakfast was poor. No way to have a decent cup of tea from all the hotel. Needs proper maintenance and cleaning.

✗ Hotel difficult to find as FLORIDIA should feature in address. Missed visit to SPA due to this delay.

yes of couse! all our rooms are with 1 big bed and 1 single bed; in this case your children are free because are infant.
