Good location and friendly staff for my meeting in Marseille

✓ The size of my suite. It was perfect for a small gathering of my clients. Also, the lamp in the living room was bright, wonderful for taking photos. The pillows were comfortable.

✗ The mattress felt lumpy and there were sequins and dust under the dresser that had not been swept up. There was dust that had accumulated on the air conditioner units. Also, there were flying insects that looked like mosquitos but they didn't bite.

Nice but with room for improvement

✓ The room was very spacious. The location is convenient as the Old Port is just around the corner.

✗ The room was a bit unorganised and not really up to standards of other 3 star hotels in the area. The windows seemed to have old isolation as noice came through it quite easily. The room came with a kitchen which was a bit old (no big deal) but there was cookware missing. The staff was very friendly at the reception. When asking for restaurant recommendations I was kindly told to go to the Old Port area and see for myself what I like.. it’s not a big deal for me but I would expect a bit of guidance from reception of a 3 star hotel.

Great location, right by the port

✓ Decent price for a great location, 50m from the port. The room was basic but comfortable enough. The air conditioning was excellent, I even had to turn it down. Breakfast was the standard French assortment of pastries.

✗ The decor is slightly dated and tired in places, making the hotel feel particularly "three star". Unfortunately, my visit coincided with the riots of May 2023, but that wasn't the hotel's fault and the staff did a good job of helping make us feel safe.

As an hotel is great, but it wanted to have a view to the port, which the room didn't have.

✓ location was great, breakfast was awesome, staff was friendly and the room was confortable.

✗ I booked this hotel to enjoy the views of the port, which in the end my room did not have, and I'm not sure that any room has it.
