✓ Staff are excellent, they went out of there way to help and get you any thing u needed . All the food was good a little more expensive than the restaurants out side the resort , but the service was excellent . Nice pool with a beautiful view of the beach . And the best beach no rocks and super clean .

A nice resort overall, but if I return I would stay elsewhere.
✓ The villa with the pool was quite nice. The owner was very welcoming and kind. A nice location on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms and pool were cleaned daily which was great.
✗ The resort itself is nice but we unfortunately had some issues with it. When we first booked, our villa appeared to be right on the beach, but instead we were a short walk off the beach-not a huge deal but notable. Our laundry cost double what we paid at any other resort we stayed at and took twice as long to be completed. We attempted to book a ferry through the hotel, we were told none were available but when we walked off resort we booked one with no problem. The real kicker came at check-out when we were charged for a small, dime-sized stain on the sheet when the property hadn’t even attempted to wash the sheet yet.. that left us with a sour impression as this is the only resort in our month in Thailand to do this to us. Additionally they attempted to charge us for food we never ordered, and we had to explain that this was not acceptable.

Dear valuable guests, Yes, we book pickup services from Koh Samui to The Cosy and also tours, excursions and departure tours as well. The price is depending of the location. For exemple, from the airport to The Cosy Maenam, it is 500 THB.

We are on the beach ! The restaurant is on the beach, and we even have 2 bungalows directly in the sand at 10 m from the water ! Moreover we are directly in the village as well with nearly 20 restaurants around at 1 to 5 minutes walking.

All the year ! but for me the best is March to June, there are less people and the weather is sunny and hot.
