✗ the apartment exteriors were not cleaned. the windows on the terrace couldn’t be closed. no one was there for checking and to welcoming. They don’t speak English.

The 2 bedroom apartment is on a ground floor. The attic is on a second floor. To access the attic you have to walk up the stairs as there is no elevator.
