Lovely hotel but cooling system doesn’t work in very hot weather!

✓ Great, quiet location. Stylish rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

✗ The eco-cooling system doesn’t work when it’s very hot outside! The room was 25 degrees even at night. The staff did provide fans though which helped.

It depends if you would like to go by car or public transportation. By car it takes around 25-30 minutes via the A113, it depends on the traffic. With public transportation you need around 50 minutes, with the "FEX" and than the underground train.
