Uncomfortable, construction and bed bugs.

✓ Nice location., good walking distance from the beach.

✗ We were suppose to stay here for 5 nights, but our stay was cut short. There was big, incomplete construction going on at the whole residency from 8am till 5pm. This resulted in a lot of noise during the whole day which inabled us from hanging out at the appartment. All of the amenities (balconies, pool, tennis court etc.) were out of use due to this construction as well. Personally as a host, I would not rent my appartment during this period at all out of respect for the customer. The service was helpful and there’s no complaning on that side. The apartment was not clean and no air conditioning, only a cheap fan which didn’t help in this 40°C weather. On top of all of this, on the third night we found adult bed bugs in the walls and beds of one room. This was the last straw. As this situation unfolded, you would imagine the host wants to resolve it but actually we were the ones who had to initiate the conversation on a full refund. Luckily, we ended up receiving a full refund and packed our bags and left. At this moment, please do not go to this place as it is a total mess.

✓ Very good location. The apartments were well stocked for family needs. Extra requirements were met very quickly. Beautiful views from the balconies.

✗ The lack of proper air conditioning in 3 out of 4 of our apartments was a minus but manageable with fans

very accomodating and I will be back

✓ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and the location couldn't be any better, so close to the beach, pool, center of the town and loads of lovely restaurants. The pool was a fantastic facility, however it would have been nice to access it a bit later in the day. Lovely clean apartment with very comfortable beds. Air conditioning could be amplified and updated. Loads of storage and open balcony to enjoy the views
