New stay, new tries and new experience.
✓ Location was convenient with banks, hospitals, food stores, public transportations and others are kind of nearby distance. Room is well equipped with all necessary facilities and devices. Staffs are so helpful on providing service requested.
✗ Few interior apartment facilities need to be fix or repair including WC sitting board, washing machine access door insulation with fungus, AC return air flow louver frame to be clean up regular as it was full of dusty on surface, less of power surface socket outlet for usage, and WC spray head was found defective. Is important to improve on quality of work and corrective work to be implemented on in-house maintenance/facility team. Overall, all above mentioned comments are fixable and no major disappointment during the stay.

✓ A very good property in the heart of Abu Dhabi city with all restaurants, mosque, bus stops, shopping centers, etc. in close vicinity
✗ Room sofas were a bit dirty and need new upholstery

✓ Loved the central location near PT, food and supermarkets. Room was large and the washing machine was an insane plus!

✓ The room was spacious, great location near airport bus and many shops and facilities, good WiFi connection.
✗ Air conditioning was not working properly. Even when the temperature was set to 25 it was still about 19 degrees in the room, which made it impossible to sleep with AC on.

We unfortunately does not have balcony in all studio rooms and one bedroom apartment. We have a coffee shop in Lobby level called Town Cup Cafe.
