Great finca + location but some maintenance would be nice.

✓ Location is super nice: great view from the terrace over the pool and forest to the sea. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

✗ AC was partly broken (flap did not work) and the toilet flush was not functioning well neither: 50% working and 50% either flushing for hours or not flushing at all. The beach chairs at the pool are pretty old and not comfy at all, a topper/cushion would be nice ;-)

Exceptional

✓ absolutely beautiful property! the gardens were beautiful and so well kept. everything was so clean and well done. Breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the day. the staff was very kind and helpful. the photos online don’t do the place justice! everything was 10/10 and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Arta is also a great town - less touristy and “tacky” than most parts of Mallorca.
