It’s a good place for value for money and staffs are amazing

Good location and price

✓ The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and supportive. There was no problem with water pressure or temperature for the shower and they provided clean towels every day (which I thought was overkill). Others had complained that breakfast was a bento box, but I actually enjoyed it.

✗ My only real complaint was that they said there was a desk and I don't think a 1-foot square table counts as a desk. That was a bit problematic for me because I needed to work. Google maps said the hotel was a 5 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station but it was really about 15 minutes.

✓ There is a large public bath. It's good. There is nothing wrong except for the reservation procedure.

✗ Hotel itself is OK, but there is a problem in the procedure of the reservation. I got a spam via this hotel....

Clean, comfortable rooms, good for a short stay.

✓ The room was comfortable and clean. The staff provided fresh towels and toiletries every morning.

✗ The room was small, so I had to eat my meals in the lobby- however, there were only 2 tables in the lobby and they were always occupied. The dining area was closed off during my entire stay. Therefore I had to eat while sitting on my bed in my room, which was uncomfortable.
