✓ Location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast was good but I felt it was slightly misaligned all over the place.

✗ The washroom area is cramped. And the door stopper is right in the middle in the way. I tripped over it couple of times.

✓ I like your hotel overall. the room was very well prepared and clean. I liked your pillows very much. very comfortable. Your colleagues are great everywhere. Receptionists are working great and fast. they were very helpful and kind. and the bellboy welcomed me very warmly and helped me a lot. Appreciated it! The breakfast was great. I want to thank you Maria who is a very kind, helpful and caring person. She is adding value to your service. Thanks for hiring her in your hotel.

✗ the only thing that I didn't like was your TV. the commander was terrible. It was not working. A technical man has changed it but it is also the same. YouTube was not working with the commander. mouse option was not working and it is really impossible to use it and write something on the browser. I think you need to find a solution for this. Because many people like to watch YouTube. this is my sincere feedback for you.

The staff (Roman,Sagar,Amanpal,male receptionist who's name begin with S,both concierge - AMAZING!)

✓ MASSIVE thank you to Roman, Amanpal, Sagar, another receptionist who's name begin with S, another blonde receptionist, another female duty manager, both concierge staff, the laundry clerk who helped me during my stay (6th - 8th October) were AMAZING. The room was spacious, excellent staff, the guests all seemed high class and all respected the rules of the hotel and the atmosphere was great, always something happening. Really pleased with the service provided by everyone including the concierge. Sun stays at the pool from when it opens until around 1.30pm, the last bit of sun will be at the end next to the small/baby pool. Haze lounge and the local show all types of sport including premier league. STAY HERE, I will be convincing my company to make this our go-to hotel.

✗ The online response time by the staff wasn't great, took them a while to respond and by then it was too late. However, the staff made up for that brilliantly. There was a bottle of water when I wanted into the room that was obviously used. However, this was swiftly dealt with when I complained.
