✓ location and the security

✓ The view from our balcony is beautiful! The location is away from downtown, you can catch the shuttle outside of the condo to go downtown but there is only one shuttle service that is around every hour or more depends on the traffic. If you don’t have a car there is only one restaurant in the complex walking distance. The beach is very nice and Lover’s Key National Park is right across from the condo nice walking paths.
✗ When we were there they were renovating the balconies right beside us and it could get very loud at sometimes. I just think for the price it was expensive for the money with the Reno’s going on that is why I gave a lower score for the value of money.
