✓ The pool and the heated spa. The size of the house and amount of bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms. The two kitchens with one on each floor.
✗ The normal pool wasn't heated only the spa.

My group of around 10 girls, all 17 or 18 years old, were wanting to stay at your beautiful home for a week and wanted to make sure it would work before the booking was to be final. I've noticed that it says 8 guests only but would there be any possible way for the house to sleep 2 more?
It would be perfect for us and in a perfect location. The week we requested would also suit us well, as some of my friends are going on uni summer camps after the stay. We are very responsible and respectful and would, of course, follow the rules of the house as we have no plan in partying and/or being loud in the wonderful area as most nights we will be at dinner’s and coming home to relax. We aren't associated with any 'schoolies' events and would just be attending the holiday to enjoy Byron Bay as some of us are yet to holiday there. The location of the house is perfect as well as it is in close proximity to beaches and other recreational areas. We are looking forward to our serene getaway and we are hoping that we could spend this time in your amazing house. I hope to hear back from you soon to confirm our stay.

Thank you for your message, unfortunately we don't accept Schoolies at this property.
QHi, me and a group of 8 girls were wanting to stay at your place, not part of schoolies but as an after school trip. It says in the fine print that you cannot ensure the safety and comfort to accommodate for school leavers. However, if we are okay with a lack of security and would comply by all the house rules and policies, would it be possible for us stay to stay here?
