Tired and needing an update
✓ Nice location on the marina but looks tired and in need of refurbishment.
✗ Curtains were breaking off the clips, terrible pillows and the floor was extremely scratched and looked old. Staff didn’t replenish supplies, had to ring reception (they sent them straight away)

Best location of a hotel I've ever been.
✓ Best location of a hotel I've ever been to, right on the front near everything. You can walk everywhere that's worth seeing. Very clean big hotel, helpful staff and amazing views from most of the rooms.
✗ Only bad thing was that the restaurant/room service food and drinks were wildly expensive. Not even worth buying a coke in the hotel. Genoa has great food so made us eat out and try the great cuisine Genoa has to offer.

Fabulous
✓ The breakfast buffet was huge and tasted delicious. Our room was cooled down and smelled fresh and the bathroom was very bright thanks to the big window but was also spacious.
✗ The reception was as friendly when we arrived during the night.
