✓ The location was perfect The air conditioning was very helpful in these hot days The host was very kind

✓ Spacious and in a great location. It has everything you need. Even a pull open kitchen. I will stay here again

Perfect location and admirable costumer service

✓ I liked a lot the costumer service, the cleaning and the fact that they were very amiable and friendly. I asked at one point if they can make me a scanning of a document for our bus that we needed to take when we leave Napoli and they were very quick and very nice to us. they asked us if we want something just to tell them and they were always answering the phone and being very nice. No stress and problem at this location. I really loved everything about them.

✗ - The decor was too outfashoned for us, but this doesn’t matter to much for us to think that it’s a real minus for them - they had in our room a problem with an electrical outlet because every time I wanted to put my charger in, the outlet went inside the wall and couldn’t plug it. I called them and they say they will fix it and will solve my problems. So I have no complain for how they manage the problem. My advise is to ask them every time you face a problem because they are super nice and do what they need to do - very close to the castles; but very far away from some attractions. In general for us was a good locations NB (not realated to location but to Napoli): if u are newcomer to Napoli, it’s so hard to find tickets for bus, just at the Termini Station they have open. So the controllers make money bc of tourists that don’t find any way to take one tickets from other places…. So take more tickets or a 2days tickets. Don’t be fined like us 😳
