✗ The kitchen equipment insufficient!! The hotel needs a huge investment into furniture, windows, doors, everything is old and worn out. The heating was making terrible noises during the night.

✓ We felt welcome, they don't have any chef and we knew it, but manager made pizza for us and recommended us to use their game room with billiard and table tennis. Finnish sauna was nice and 16m long and 1.9m deep swimming pool greatly exceeded our expectations. Also, pool was open till 22:00, which is great. We spent olny 1 night but Ramada Residences has already become one of our favourites.
✗ You need to approach the property from the south of road 311 or pass it and then make a U turn. You can't turn left. Though it is just a minor incovenience.

Dear Mr Maxwell, You can make a reservation with or without breakfast. It also means that breakfast is not automatically included in the price. The double beds can not be separated, and there are no single beds in the apartments. Best regards, Agnes

Hello, yes there is. We have dedicated 3 starting time and return time every day except on Saturday. Of course if our shuttle would not cover the necessary time, bus line 260 is the public transport option for which you find the schedule online.
We have an apartment type in which we can accommodate 4 adults and 2 small children. Please look for the apartment with a living room and 2 bedrooms (one with Murphy-bed, one with bunk beds) whether this is available or not on your preferred date.
Drinking tap water is safe, since we have a private dwell we get our water from. Please be kindly noted, that as an apartment hotel we only provide some tea filter and instant coffee powder on the day of arrival. We don't refill them every day.
Dear Guest, although our hotel has one indoor swimming pool, currently it's under reconstruction. We are working on it with priority, but we cannot confirm any date yet, from when the pool will be open again. Thank you for your understanding!
