Loved Palma not the Hotel
✓ Spacious clean comfortable room. The hotel is situated right beside the intermodal bus and train station and a short walk into central Palma. Good breakfast plenty of fresh fruit nice bread and good selection of meats ,cheese. Also some scrambled egg bacon sausages and mixed roasted vegetables.
✗ Not even a bottle of water in the fridge and no drinks available. Hotel very bland

✓ 24 hrs Front Desk, Fast check-in, faster check-out, Paid Parking is available, a 5 mins walk 24 hrs supermarket, room 1506 was very quite, friendly and well mannered staff.

Not what I would call a 4 star hotel - a bit shabby and dated
✓ The room was large and fairly comfortable Plenty of choice at breakfast - a wide range of hot and cold options Good location for transport links such as airport bus and buses to other places - but quite a long walk to the port and restaurant area of the old town Reception staff helpful when booking taxis etc - they always arrived on time
✗ As other people have mentioned, the carpets in the main areas and corridors were stained, wrinkled and dirty. Would expect more from a 4 star hotel - these urgently need to be replaced as they give a really bad first impression No seating area in reception to wait for taxis or people - apart from one small bench The air com in the room barely worked - we had it on 17.5C and high fan and it was barely cool - the system probably needs a service as it was very hot at night Our room keys stopped working on at least 4 occasions - even though we kept them away from phones - and I overheard other guests making the same complaint at reception

✓ Great location on the Placa Espanya; great room which was clean and a big bathroom. The hotel was very quiet and the 4th floor view was good overlooking the intermodel station!
