Great breakfast, Hotel rooms needs a facelift and upgrade

✓ The free (included in the cost of the room) call Fay breakfast was amazing.

✗ Many of the amenities in the room did not work, I had to ask for the air-conditioning to be fixed, I had asked for the TV to be fixed, the bathroom shelf was nearly hanging off the wall, not allowing me to put anything of my toiletries on it. It was definitely in need of an upgrade in the rooms.

Peaceful stay in Kathmandu

✓ This hotel feels like a little oasis in the busy boisterous city of Kathmandu. The beautiful garden brings tranquility and its a joy to read a book underneath the big trees. The staff was very friendly! Its from walkable distance from the stupa and along the way you can find several cafe’s to grab a bite!

✗ Its close to the airport so from time to time airplanes fly over the hotel, making loud sounds! This is not continuous.

✓ A nice place, very helpful staff, clean rooms. It is tucked away in a small alley, so quieter than similar places in that area. Wifi is not always reliable; iron with a short cord; cleaning is not done daily, but is done on request. Good value for money, especially if booked with discount.
