I have always so enjoyed the beach. And the updating of the rooms were beautiful but I.felt it was

✓ Fruit wasn’t ripe and variety limited. The pastries were not fresh. Did miss having the buffet so you could have small portions

✗ More or any interaction with management They never introduced themselves so I didn’t know if they even were there. Not using upstairs for cocktails time and newly arrived guests being introduced at cocktail time The menues were all so heavy especially breakfast and lunch. Greatly missed the casual bbq nights and live music

A great, peaceful, comfortable, and delicious getaway after a hard couple of years.

✓ We are just back from five days at the Meridian Club, and they were wonderful. The place is even nicer than it looks on the Web, and it was exactly the peaceful, low key, but luxurious time we needed. The food was much better than we even had hoped. The chef is clearly a genius at putting different ingredients together and making the flavors work, and the deserts were delightful. Everything is remarkably fresh - don't know how they do it, given that it can't all be local. The staff were super friendly and helpful -- and very responsive even before we got there in helping us get through the glitches in the Turks and Caicos online covid related entry approval system. Without Michelle and her colleagues' help we might not even have gotten there. The other guests were quite nice, and we made a couple of new friends. All in all more than worth the cost, and the worries of travel during a pandemic. We will hope to go back.

✗ Absolutely no complaints about the place. The Providenciales airport was a little hectic on a busy arrival day, but still everyone was friendly and trying to be helpful in getting us where we were trying to go.
