Great for short stay and convenient

✓ The hotel was located about a 5-minutes walk from the train station, extremely convenient with an array of food options around. Really spacious room with an amazing view overlooking the streets. The onsen was comfortable and easy-to-adjust temperatures. Also a very welcoming reception area for family with children.

Surprising private hot spring bathtub and great location

✓ The location was really good, there are several restaurants around and hot springs. The room had a bathtub with hot spring (which I didn't know before checking in, so it was sort of a surprise), this made the ratio price/service pretty good. The bed was confortable.

✗ There was only a small window trough which almost no sunlight went through, so the room seemed dark and small. I didn't enjoy the breakfast since I don't like typical Taiwanese breakfast...
