Didsapointing upset children not relaxing 3 room moves made to feel bad for not wanting ants crawlin

✓ No one there to let us in sent us to room with no keys. Ants in room crawling over beds. Staff rude manager no customer service or people skills what do ever . No one speaks English. Rooms far away from the pools lots of walking for the children . However pool areas stunning , you can't take your own drinks or food to pool areas so have to leave each day to eat as pool bar does not serve food .

✗ A lot of facilities are closed during low season. Too far from Alicante (60 eur for taxi to go there, or bus twice a day)
