✓ Very good value for money, breakfast quite good for italian style, easy check-in even after midnight
✗ Poor soundproofing of rooms. Description of the rooms inconsistent with reality: the bathrooms are outside of the every rooms, and they can not be private (there are only two bathrooms for two rooms on the first floor, everyone living in the building can have access to any bathroom). There is no private kitchen for each room - there is shared kitchen which appearance and functionality leaves much to be desired
