✓ Our room was soo big! Really comfy beds, clean and large balcony. Nice view to the ocean, and there was a Great restaurant on the beach in front perfect to come out the room and soak up the sun, cocktails and food! The woman at reception was very friendly with great english. She booked us a few trips which were on time and not too crowded. Stated large double bed room with seaview :)

✗ no room available upon arrived without any notification before also we arrived at night time , no choice we needed to found other hotel by ourselves, very bad experience.

Little gem very close to Long Beach

✓ I have stayed here several times and love everything about this place. - location very close to the beautiful Long beach and I love having long morning walks on the beach - rooms are clean (they clean every other day, which is more than enough for me) - lovely owner - very quiet at night - in a quiet part of Koh Lanta, but there are minimarkets and restaurants very nearby - comfy bed I keep coming back here, because this place never disappoints, already booked my next stay here.

✗ The shower head in my room was not working well, half did not work and the other half was very hard, so it was a bit painful to shower

✓ The location on Long Beach is excellent and there is no bar noise at all. The WiFi worked well. The Thai gentleman on reception was there most of the time and was absolutely lovely.

✗ It was very noisy in the downstairs room when someone flushed the toilet upstairs or ran the tap. If this was in the night the water pump and aircon made it impossible to sleep until everyone had gone to bed. I’d written and asked for an upstairs room and they replied yes but when I arrived there wasn’t one and I didn’t want the hassle of moving the next day.
