Pleasant
✓ Nice view from balcony, spacious rooms There is a nice reef in front of the Beach. Beautiful garden.
✗ The hotel was overcrowded, i know it was hard to manage. The stuff worked so hard, but guests didn't care for cleanliness, they threw everything away, in restaurant and in the pool area also. Maybe it could be better to put garbage can between every sunbeds. The children were running around and shouted on corridors till at 2 am. We couldn't sleep because of them so we were very tired every morning (we went with a 7 years old child, but She tried to sleep at night). I know it is not the hotel management's fault but maybe need a house role. In restaurant it was difficult to find table and cutlery, because we got only one fork and one knife, so We had to find the stuff to ask one more fork if we didn't want to use the same fork for meat and desserts. Guests don't keep the queue at all and nobody cares about it. So I think this hotel needs a better organization. Finally, the evening entertainment or "show" was poor. WiFi is poor also, mainly in the rooms. I'm sorry but this is our opinion.

✗ only the staff at the restaurant were friendly, however the others were not friendly at all.

one night stay close to the airport
✓ the hotel is close to the airport, so easy for one-night stays if you have a flight early in the morning.
✗ The room was not clean at all and the furniture was very old, which is a huge minus. It's a huge hotel complex with a lot of people, no individuality. Its definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel standard at all.
