Location great, the rest was bad.

✓ Location the clear plus.

✗ The room under the roof was very very small, one could hardly stand because of the roof. Bathroom extremely small as well. There was an event in the city, but to charge 120 € for such a room is still unbelievable.

Very restful night in a quiet environment.

✓ It is very central, but in a very quiet little street.

✗ The fact that I wasn't able to check in (and leave my rucksack) earlier than 1:30 PM.

Gute Lage

✓ Nice and helpful people, and the location is very good - close to center and main avenues, but remote enough to get a (relatively) quiet night.

✗ No complaints so far, but it is hard to judge - it was a last minute booking for a single person and night, no breakfast. I didn't get to experience much...

✗ No Wi-Fi, which is easy to have these days. Breakfast was discontinued the week before we arrived. Bedding was uncomfortable.

Decent Value, Great Location, Rude Staff

✓ Convenient central location a reasonable walk from the train station. Bed was large and comfortable. Nice window opening to the street below.

✗ The room was a bit small. Toilet was tight near the sink. A member of the staff was incredibly rude to me upon my arrival, making snide remarks about my belly. When I asked about an elevator, I was told there wasn't one and I could use the stairs to work off some weight. Who says that to a paying customer? If the room hadn't been non-refundable, I would have canceled my reservation and walked out.

✓ Location, close to many restaurants. I am Via Francigena walker, a restaurant good, and the staff helpful. The bedding was normal, and there was no duvet, which is good as they are often too hot.

✗ I stayed in a single room, and the bed was very narrow. Breakfast did not provide a variety. Fresh orange juice and brown bread would have been nice.
