Very good

✓ Central location. Walking distance to old port, gare st Charles. Staff were great. Check in and check out was easy.

✗ Not the prettiest location but didn't really matter and only a few minutes walk to the Old Port

Enjoyable

✓ Short walk to the port and the train station. Great sized room, comfy bed, ask for 515 if you want a small outdoor area. Well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff

✗ The property was great but Marseille has a very different vibe to other French cities. Not many food options super close but plenty within 1km

Would definitely check in again

✓ Everything ok. Nice, friendly, helpful staff and receptionists (24/7). Security outside during the night. Clean room, kitchen with fridge and coffee machine. Coffee, Tea, hairdryer, TV at the room. Balkony with table and 2 chairs. 2 elevators. Enough storage room, whole apartment was big enough. Possibility to wash and dry cloths. Close to the harbour and other nice areas like "Le Panier". Would definitely check in again.

✗ The neighbourhood of the hotel is sometimes a bit shabby and the people around are sometimes a bit "different", but that's not the hotel's fault.

Very good

✓ The room was pleasant and quiet, it was nice to have a balcony for breakfast though the view is not great. A comfortable chair would have been a good addition. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

✗ The general surroundings are not great - broken pavements, a lot of rubbish in the streets, a lot of people begging or just hanging about in the street. It doesn’t feel all that safe for a woman on her own.

Really impressed. Staff were really helpful and made our stay special

✓ A spacious and very well equipped room, very quiet and great beds

✗ Missing a bedside light on one side and lack of overhead lighting made it a bit gloomy, but great overall
