✓ Just outside the center, big Hotel with easy access. because of the size, very usefull for tourist groups
✗ 20 euro for Parking in Hotel Parking
✓ Hotel is clean and quiet. Room was spacious and tidy. Really liked the bed and the pillows. Everything in the room worked as it should have and there were no issues.
✗ There was no space on the outside parking (15€/day additional cost), so we had to park in the garage (20€/day). There was no charger for our electrical vehicle on the parking and I didn't see one in the garage either (receptionist said the charger dis not work). Wi-fi was free of charge, but it was unstable and dropping out all the time while in the room.
✓ Breakfast was not included in price, would have been nice if it was. A little closer to city centre would have been better.
✗ Parking was pricey. Guest parking could have been lower price.
✓ Perfect for a business professional and international traveller. All needs were met without too much fuss. Loved the chocolates on my pillow in the evening. It seems that I only received part of the welcome basket, but I didn't mind. The ladies in the spa/salon were great with manicures, waxing and massage. The pool and gym would be great in Winter too. Nikoli - matrade of the breakfast shift - was terrific. Welcoming guests by name and nationality, and learning their coffees. The younger staff were totally cool and clearly used to modern independence and international guest needs.
✗ Solo female travellers: there were some "cultural cringe" moments when I dined alone. Some male staff made it awkward - either chasing me for the bill as if I were unable to pay, insinuating that I was in the hotel for other business, or trying to tell me what I meant or desired from a menu as if they had never seen women order for herself. I was embarrassed for them.
✓ nice and comfortable place
✗ long lines at the reception
✓ The hotel's location is good, the rooms are quiet, and the staff is very good, especially the restaurant
✗ House keeping checking too early
✓ Breakfast was Fantastic. Buffet was good, the buffet dessert was really good. Staff very helpful.
✗ Hotel bar closed at 11pm sharp.
