Staff is rude

✓ The easy access to the beach, the room, the pool and restaurant. The breakfast is generous but the quality of ingredients could be improved and add more vegan options.

✗ The quality of service from the staff is very poor, at a level rarely seen in such a high category of room. I enjoyed the facilities, location, and restaurant, and even decided to extend my stay. However, you should have seen the expression on the front desk attendant's face when I told her I wasn't here to check out but to extend. It seemed like an inconvenience for her. They even offered me a higher price than the one available online through a third party to encourage me to book via phone, seemingly to ease her workload. Returning to my room, the door was locked, and it took them 20 minutes to come and change the batteries and fix it. I waited in 35-degree heat, sweating, and nobody apologized for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I received a rude phone call at 07:00 pm in my room, demanding immediate payment, even though the third party had not yet charged me. “You have to pay.” Since when is the front desk staff that rude? A simple 'good evening' would have been much appreciated. Obviously, there was no apology for the long 20 minutes I had to wait for assistance. I would strongly recommend that the management provide better training for the staff, especially in handling such facilities.

I left visibly more relaxed.

✓ I stayed in a villa with garden view and it was so lovely. There are 3 swimming pools to choose from, the breakfast is great, the staff accommodating. It was truly relaxing.

✗ The only thing I have to comment on is the loudness of the airconditioner and the fact that there was no handsoap/wash in the bathroom.

Very pleasant stay, staff were fantastic, room was a good size and very comfortable.

✓ Close to local market and restaurants. Whilst on a main road, it is set back and quiet. They supplied water, soft drinks and fruit in your room. Great pool, it had a gym and they provided transport to the local market.

Amazing hotel

✓ Amazing location next to the beach

✗ We were put in a sister hotel away from the pictures and away from the beach. Once we spoke to the hotel we had to pay more to move rooms

We enjoyed all everything what the hotels has to offer.

✓ The Hotel offers excellent service, breakfast was lovely and overall the place is well maintained and looked after.

✗ I have found the location little bit far from City Center and difficult to find good restaurants nearby. Also, the sea water had unpleasant colour look ( to avoid to say dirty)

Great resort if you wanna relax on one spot

tranquile hideaway

✓ There are two sections of the hotel which isn’t very clear when booking. One side is more hotelroom style the other side where we stayed felt more like private cabins. I absolutely loved this place. the room offers everything you need; coffee, tea, free soda and fruits. great bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Flip flops for the beach and pool. easy access from the street and easy access to the beach. great infinity pool. what I really liked was that even though the hotel was full it felt super quiet and tranquile. enough seating at the pool etc. great breakfast.
