✓ Location - close to various restaurants within the vicinity; near SM Lanang - you can just walk from the mall to the hotel and vice versa if you have plenty of time, but it would only take 10-15 minutes to reach the location, but make sure that it's not that hot outside. A cab or grab ride will do too for less hassle and comfort. It's also close to the airport (1-2 KMs away), and wharf if you have trip to Samal island. Comfortable beds - I slept a lot during my 4D3N stay there. They also have a fancy restaurant that serves sumptuous meals good for solo, family, or a group of friends/relatives. I love the breakfast selections and milkshakes. Sometimes they have a promo for free fruits when your total bill reaches a certain amount. If you'll get hungry on the wee hours of the night 'til the dawn, a nearby Korean restaurant is available for your hungry tummies. I adore that place since I love Korean foods. They are open 24 hours - imagine that. 🤣 Check-in and check out was a breeze. I checked out at 4AM, and it only took 2-3 minutes to receive a confirmation that all is set and I can go - that was awesome. The stairs are massive and spacious. A lot of times, I enjoyed using the stairs if I need to reach the ground floor as opposed to using the lift. I can use those stairs and dance the night away... Hahaha Wifi is pretty strong even inside the room. Cold/hot shower is also available. Strong water pressure is also evident. Water is available in the dispenser near the elevator of each floor. You can get water there if you need to by using the pitcher in your room.
✗ Room service was only asked and done on a Sunday (well, that's what I witnessed during my stay). Probably, they could inform the guests about their schedule and just inform us to phone them for room service whenever necessary.

Good budget stay with average breakfast.
✓ It was decent on the budget, but staff should be more helpful and they need to change their rule for 6Pm check in or it will be cancel as my flight was delayed and I landed on airport around 8Pm.
✗ Staff was not helpful. I have USD and not able to exchange but they never helped me.
