Lovely room, clean and tidy but I would prefer a 1st floor room when I stay again.

✓ Room was lovely, well decorated and clean. The small kitchen facilities are perfect for someone travelling alone with work. Ideally located and would stay again. CCTV in operation was reassuring.

✗ It is located on a side street and felt intimidated by the people milling around. I was approached on my way back at 6pm which put me on edge for the rest of my stay. My room was ground floor and outside were the bins, I felt that i couldn't open the window as people could easily enter. The door to the room is thin and noise through the building travelled. The lock to the door also felt a little unsafe.
