Le lEminance Puncak Hotel is designed for groups and functions and it may not suit families and tour
✓ I like the hotel location where the view of green mountains is mazing.
✗ The hotel would be better with good coffee and restaurant. It would be better if the rooms have some carpets. It would be good if they put king size bed in the deluxe room. It would better if they call the junior sweet a room, it is just a room with one meter longer.

✓ the views is beautiful. it’s between the mountains. restaurant and coffee shop staff were very nice welcoming everyone specially employee Mr. Winan
✗ the receptionist are rude. you ask something before even you complete your question they say no. you feel you are in military base. I ask to talk to the manager. told they have instructions no. they give me hard time before I get the room key. noise.
