.Room was tiny
. There is a technician who always hangs out around the room . The things he openly talk out in his phone loudly is disturbing and is not that understanding when there was an issue with the AC
. I believe every restaurants morning buffet starts at 7 or 730 here it's at 8 and that too for very less items and was not tasty at all.
. Be it the cleaning staff or the others thers a certain air of unprofessional behaviour; they don't know if the guest is in the room or not , overall am uneasy feeling while staying ,

✓ The staff are very friendly. I liked there was someone at reception on my arrival at 1am. The rooms are clean and have fresh clean linen. There is wifi throughout the hotel.

✓ Had very bad experience. The room service was very bad. The kitchen staff did not know Hindi, English or Malayalam. The AC cooling was bad. The only good thing about the property is the location it was in.
