Perfect place and great location

✓ Location was amazing, close to the beach and Fernando's which is the best beachbar around!

✗ Without Aircon a bit hot inside and no hot shower, but you don't really need that anyway

I expected a higher standard for the price I was paying.

✓ I liked having my own room and there was a good amount of space for one person. The bathroom was clean but very basic. Very close to the beach.

✗ The floorboards were a bit dodgy and felt like they were about to snap under my feet. The front door was very stiff and difficult to lock/unlock and open/close. The bedside table was also broken as was the desk.

Great Host, Great Surrounding :)

Very good

✓ Somehow I expected a bigger space, newer and more illuminated but overall I prett emuch enjoyed my stay. The area is surrounded by  lots of restaurants, bars and activities.

Cute cabañas well maintained, close to the beach and restaurants with a great host

✓ Amazing place! Cabañas are very cozy and well kept with tasteful rustic decorations. The big mosquito nets cover the beds with enough space for the people inside. The bathrooms are nicely kept and have both hot and cold water. Rooms have AC and a fan. AC works great and the fan was fantastic for the nights as I don't like AC while sleeping. They also have good priced laundry (450lkr/kg) Nevil, the host, is very helpful and accommodating. He was always happy to assist with the many requests I had as I was bitten by a stray dog and needed help to get to the local hospital and potentially not been back for check out times. It's a bit more expensive than other similar places in the area but worth the money asked for what they offer. Only a couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and plenty of places to eat. I can't but recommend this place!

The price was surely not worth it due to the lack of communication in giving every customer a pleasant stay!

✓ The Wooden Cabin interior was amazing too see and the included Musquito net in the room aswel as the recommendations of the owner.

✗ Uppon arrival it’s surely not nice to come up at a property where there is nobody to welcome you as their guest, this was very unprofessional. I think in future you should have a extra staff to help you give all costumers a pleasant stay. As in front of my cabin house I was the only one with no front light which was very disappointing to see. Also lack of communication with the owner to check if you need anything or if your booking has been successfully booked..
