we loved it and would definately go back
✓ the breakfast was awesome. plenty of choices and expresso coffee. my friends and I loved it. the location was also very good and the beach was really nice.
✗ the communication between the Hyatt and the management company. just a little confusing but everyone was super nice and helped us.

✓ The staff at the check in desk at the Hyatt were not helpful when we encountered a problem with check-in. Folks at Beachside went above and beyond to help us. Heather and Shelly at the poolside bar were fantastic bartenders!

✓ place is great. property management was very poor. upon check in they did not send reservation over so couldn’t check in. finally got a hold of someone and they had to get it sorted. was a 2 hour ordeal. the actual property was top notch however beachside management was sub par at best.

It would probably be about a 20 minute walk. However, there is a free-of-charge trolley that runs very frequently on Midnight Pass Road that you could also take.
