✓ Gorgeous place, extremely friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Thank you very much for your hospitality

✗ One of the rooms had a really strong smell of smoke, but we didn't complain because we wanted to stay next to each other. Just keep in mind to ask for a non-smoking room if it is important to you.

Great stay, location, facilities. Only issues was eith the bas smell in a room. Other than that 10 out of 10.

✗ As soon as you enter room 052 — the strong smell of mould, or something stuck in air con can be smelled. This is only one minus for this hotel.

✓ Loved the hotel, rooms and food. Bit remote but otherwise perfect.

✗ Queues for coffee in morning. Lovely to have fresh coffee but could be eased by being able to get tea without queuing in the coffee line.

Pleasant

✓ We enjoyed the different options for the breakfast! The pool was also very refreshing on a hot day. There is a small beach only 5 minutes from the hotel! The stuff was very friendly.

✗ Our room next to the pool, smelled like it had a lot of humidity. We could’t see any mold though. We didn’t ask for another room since we only stayed for 3 nights. When we rented the E-bikes at the hotel, the receptionist wasn’t able to tell us how they worked. She was lovely though.

Super relaxing

✓ The breakfast was really nice, lots of options; we had some issues with the lunch and dinner, but the staff was super friendly and helpful.

✗ One of the lunches was not so nice as it was mixed with fish and we didn't ask for fish. But the staff was super friendly and helpful and brought us another sandwich on the house.

Pleasant

✓ Away from the center of Alcudia means it is a quiet place. With the setup it seems more so. Good location to relax for a few days with also the beach being nearby. Alcudia is a short walk or taxi ride away.

✗ You pass the parking a hundred meters before you come to the entrance. Unless you know, you drive past it. Checking in should be quicker.

A cozy hotel in a beautiful and quiet place

✓ It was very good! so beautiful hotel and places around. Tasty and differently food in breakfast and dinner. Good music after dinner.

✗ In room we didn’t have a water for drinking ( if you want dink, you must go to supermarket in Alkudia), and didn’t have a cups. All doors in the room are closed very loud. There was no free water at dinner.

Pleased with our choice of hotel and the resort.

✗ Had the buffet on one evening which was fine but certain items were removed very quickly before we had finished eating. Had to ask for some to be returned. Too hasty with clearance. The only problem area.
