✓ Absolutely stunning quirky hidden little gem in seville town centre... I really loved the staff, so welcoming and friendly, and my check-in was effortless. The communication was fabulous, and all my questions were answered before i arrived... thanks sooooo much!! I arrived early in the morning and got my cases carried to the room by an absolutely lovely gentleman... just little touches mean so much, like staff doing this for guests. Thanks again for helping with my case !

✓ The location is great and very walkable to local attractions. The check in was swift. The room was clean and well appointed. There is a nice ambiance at this property. The room had both A/C and a fan. I had a good night's sleep. Check out was swift.

✗ I was asked by staff to return my key before heading out during the day - I have not been asked previously to do this in any other properties I stayed in, and also wasn't told why I had to do this. The room I was in was small but had the basic necessities. I would advise that the soap/shampoo in the shower would be labelled as I was confused with what they were. I think some of the towels should be replaced as they seemed slightly worn.

✗ Noise was sometimes an issue from other guests and although a quiet back street in the old town it could get noisy outside late at night.
