Relaxing 😎

✓ Good standard and facilities. Welcoming and friendly service and staff. Good food at Hibiscus. Great pools.

✗ First visit- had trouble finding our apartment in the dark - arrival after midnight. No shower wash in courtesy room - had to go back to ask for towels.

Good resort in a pretty area

✓ I was staying on my own visiting a friend who lived nearby. My room was actually far better than anticipated- with a seating area, television, desk separate large bathroom and double bedroom with plenty of storage. Kettle and fridge. I didn’t eat there but you could and there’s a restaurant nearby and a seasonal supermarket. There’s also access to a beach (but of a challenging path) with a cafe/bar serving food. My room was also near the adults only pool so if you like swimming lengths for exercise the pool (one of three) is great with plenty of sun beds. My room was cleaned everyday.

✗ Not a dislike but you would need transport if you want to get off site. My room was at the back/beach side of the complex and therefore quieter. I imagine it could be noisy if you’re near the other pools and they do play music until late.

Great ambience the true spirit of the old Ibiza

✗ It was too remote for me as a solo traveller . I would go again but not alone

Fabulous

✓ It's perfect for a quiet break. If you want night life you have to get a taxi. Beautiful beach and bar and restaurant. Be warned they only take cash.

✗ There's not one cash point in the resort you have to drive to the next town and the hotel does not offer cashback. I found this strange!

Generally good for families.

disappointing

✗ Very disappointed for the following reasons - room was dark with no natural light - we were put in rooms next to a noisy road with traffic coming and going through the night - you have to pay an extra fee to use the safe - I've never seen that in a four star hotel before - was phoned up by reception which woke me up to tell me late checkout was not possible and we had to leave the room early when we had previously been told by another member of staff that late checkout was fine and available to us - a notice was left on our door but it was clearly meant for someone else /another room - however we had to call up to investigate / ask if any actions was required which was a pain - paid for late checkout at 6pm which point the staff member told us that if we could leave the room earlier 'it would work better for them' despite us paying 50 euros to checkout by 6pm - we didn't appreciate that comment overall I would not say this is a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star
