✗ Difficult to find the apartment in the dark No aircon except in the bedroom Kettle didn’t work without holding the lid down Expected to remove our own rubbish so took it as directed to the basement but there were no bins? Check out time of 10:30 is way too early

Never had such poor service in any other hotel. So sad as the rest of the resort was amazing.
✓ The size of the apartment was amazing. The height of the ceiling too - so much space.
✗ Due to the fact there was no air conditioning on the ground floor of the apartment, we were not able to spend even 5 minutes in the lounge/kitchen area and when there, we were forced to be in our bedrooms as that was the only place with air conditioning. The temperature was approx 35 degrees. Reception refused to offer us any portable fan to alleviate the problem. Also, I asked for toppers to be put on 3 of our beds after the first night as I had hardly managed to sleep due to the hardness of the mattress. On arriving back at the apartment in the evening (as we were unable to spend any time there in the day due to the lack of air con) the toppers hadn't arrived. I then had to use my German mobile phone to ring reception (the phone in the apartment was not functioning) - they had absolutely no record of the request and after ringing them back 30 mins later they informed me it would be impossible to get the toppers delivered that evening. Very dissatisfied!

A decent cheap option for a last minute booking in August.
✓ Great value for money. The place was quiet, there weren't a lot of people by the pool. There was AC in the rooms.
✗ There was only one set of keys for the apartment (hosting 4 people) which is ridiculous. The apartment lacked a few basic items. There wasn't anything to do the dishes with. Not even a sponge. The pool had very loud music which is a bit annoying.

Every time disappointing
✗ We have stayed unfortunately more than 6,7 times in this hotel and there is always something wrong. You pay for the "view" and they give you the other rooms, or they are saying that is not payed and you show them the payment and then they are like "oh yeah yeah, I didn't see it". Every time there is something wrong. Very disappointed with the hotel!

The 2 bedroom apartment has 2 full bathrooms, both equiped with a bathtub or shower. One of them is not an en-suite bathroom, as it is located just outside the bedroom. The second one is an en-suite bathroom.
