Very comfortable stay
✓ The room was clean and comfortable and it was very convenient for coming and going to the airport. The shuttle arrived on time to take us to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

✗ I wish they had noted in the hotel info that the shuttle service only operated till 11:15pm. They didn’t even say that when I messaged them to ask It would have saved me a long walk back from the shuttle station to the MRT

✗ Unfriendly staff, thei insistedf on letting me pay for another room which i guess i have mistakenly booked[instead of just booking one room i booked for a second not realizing it that booking thru a 3rd party agency like you is non cancellable even if there really is one person staying in those 2 rooms.

Modern and clean hotel, short Taxi ride from Taoyuan airport
✓ Very close to terminal, Taxi ride cost 125NT about 4 dollars, quick ride. Hotel staff very efficient and helpful, after checking out, front desk staff found a taxi for me in no time. Room was nice and clean.
✗ There was no hair conditioner in shower. I was too tired to ask front desk for it, not sure they had it.

Fabulous
✓ The hotel is very close to the airport which was perfect for us (it also has a free and punctual shuttle service for early departures). Moreover, despite our too early arrival the staff offered us an early checkin which was very nice. The room was clean and fulfilled the expectations.
✗ One of the nightlamps should receive some attention - but apart from this, everything was fine ;)
