Surprisingly Nice and Spacious Tucked Away in the Middle of Town

✓ The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well furnished. Decent size fridge in the room and lots of shelving and space to put things. Nice sized television and couch. Staff was great, especially Carmit, who was so helpful throughout my stay. In a country that has zero concept of decent customer service, Carmit was a refreshing change. The Reception area is nice, modern. The location is really up to you. It’s not on the water. I, however, like the location because it’s right off the main road with tons of shops and restaurants and mostly kosher. Next door is a 24 hour pizza shop, that closes only on shabbos. And It only takes a few minutes to get to The water. Parking, while totally strange in ways only Israeli’s can create, was actually ample.

✗ The balcony is really small. It barely fits a person, and getting a chair out there was a task. Left me wondering where’s the rest of the balcony?

✓ I Iiked the decor, the location, the service and the food was exceptional! I especially liked how the receptionist Eida really looked out for me.. .a woman travelling alone.

✗ The dry suana was not working. Other than that the pool area was well designed.

Great resource in Ellat for a comfortable stay

✓ The room was well provisioned with water, coffee machine, glasses, a box of chocolates ... Wifi was excellent. There was a large Kosher breakfast for an additional 50ILS (<$14) and it was well worth the $.

✗ The hallway carpets were dirty so I was delighted when the room was so clean
