✗ spa centre costs Extra 18 euro And only one sauna works ( hardly works - the temperature was very low in a sauna ) ; second bath doesnt work , the Lady in the reception says the second bath it’s under maintenance ; apart From that Receptionist’s English level is pretty low - instead of spelled name Inga she writes downs And asks is your name “ Anger “. Really ridiculous ! shower in the room’s bathroom is leaking the view From a room is awful - road works outside

✓ This is a fair 3 star hotel (not 4) that has what you need to survive a night in the Italian riviera. It's very centrally located and easy to walk to from to explore Rapallo.

✗ There were mainly 3 problems: 1. We booked a double room, but got a single. Me and a friend had to share a bed (the hotel admitted the mistake but there were no other rooms). 2. The hotel says parking is available but it was fully booked when we got there. Why didn't they offer us to book in advance? We had to walk for about 20 mins to/from the car. 3. The parking delay cost us roughly 3 hours which meant we couldn't use the spa as we planned. Bottom line is we paid a lot for a bad experience and weren't offered any compensation.

✗ Needs updating right away. Peeling wallpaper, faulty grout in the shower, hallways smell like mold, WIFI is terrible. The room is very hot (even with AC). The room is VERY dark. Wall are painted chocolate brown. Really? we are seaside. NO pool! No view. Please choose somewhere else.

✓ Classic, gave me an impression of going back in time when I entered my room. In the same time, both the room and the bathroom had every indication of being carefully upgraded to modern standard with preserving historic landmark facility feel - very neat

✗ at the time I was visited there was a road construction in the front of the hotel, sure it was a temporary inconvenience
