✓ Uncomplicated and easy. Good reception. Quiet. Welcome Feeling.

Not bad, good for a 1 night stay.

✓ Pleasant, clean, decent location, good parking.

✗ 15 minutes (minimum) walk to eating establishments A bit dated and dark in places, some slap dash repairs like our balcony which was split into 2 with a very rudimentary fence between the 2, cut edges and screws sticking out, not ideal if you have children with curious hands and eyes.

Summer MTB in Hotel Miage

✓ Great location to the lifts for MTB. Very reasonable price. Mountain biker and Moto biker friendly.

✗ Breakfast could do with a bit of improvement more selection of jams etc.

a calm oasis on the edge of the city, but only 20 mins walk from the train station.

✓ lovely grounds, great mountain views, ROM very large and the bed was very comfortable.

✗ Like other hotels I stayed at in Italy there was no ventilation to the room except by opening the door onto the balcony. This meant my sleep was disrupted by mosquitoes! I didn’t book the breakfast thinking I could find a cafe bar nearby, but it was quite a walk, so probably say yes to breakfast.
