Awesome. They NEVER disappoint me!
✓ Bell Man is the best. He is friendly, knows the area, and helps everyone get on the shuttle fast and safe. Hotel is clean and safe. Very close to the ports. Any cruise out of San Pedro that I have, I will stay here.
✗ I always forget to come in on a regular day to enjoy the odd shops around the area. If you hit the area on Sunday, many of the quirky shops are closed.

✓ Location is great for the cruise terminal. Shuttle bus runs from the hotel every 30 minutes. Staff very friendly and helpful.
