Apparthotel Sellaronda

Very good

✓ Great location, big rooms, good price, secure bike storage - one of my favorite hotels in the Dolomites.

✗ There are no "do not disturb" signs and the cleaning staff will enter your room every morning when you're asleep, walking around naked, or simply want some privacy. They will also repeat that every 30 minutes to make sure you're definitely not sleeping after 7-8 AM. The amount of noise they make cleaning other rooms is also insane. The Dolomites are extremely beautiful, but the experience would have been so much nicer if we were able to enjoy them fully rested. Please add DND signs to your rooms - it's such a cheap and simple solution that will greatly improve the sleep quality of your guests.

Terrible

✓ Free sauna

✗ Firstly, the hotel doesn’t even have a reception and we had to check in and check out at a nearby hotel. Secondly, there is no phone signal at all in the room and the wifi is very weak. Thirdly, the fridge in our room did not work at all, so we cannot store any food there. Finally, the hotel dares to charge €100 cleaning fees if the kitchen is left uncleaned. Completely terrible!

Great value with delightful view

✓ Great value for the price, it looks like on the photos. The room is slightly smaller, but it was enough for a one-night stay. The view was truly delightful. There is a free wellness included in the price, it’s nothing special, two saunas and two jacuzis, but we expected nothing more for free.

✗ Everything great, but they could have wrote in the message that the reception was up in different hotel, we waited 20min in the reception, nobody was there until some random guests told us the reception is the second hotel.

Good place if you don’t look for anything fancy

✗ It is an old and a bit out dated property. The road is closed for bikers on weekends from 8:30-14:30 and no one told us about it

Great value for money stay

✓ Perfect location for Sella Ronda bike tour. Spacious, clean.

✗ The check-in/ out schedule a bit tough (from 15.00/ until 10.00)

Great location and friendly staff.

✓ The staff was unbelievably helpful. We had some requests on the different days and they really tried to help and were friendly.

✗ A few more items for in the kitchen. A sponge to clean the working surface and some basic items such as oil, salt and pepper.

Very good hotel, I would recommend it.

✓ Everybody in hotel are polite and helpful. There is the large skiroom underground. The sauna is great. There are two medium whirlpools. Busses start working from about 08:15, but only to Passo Campolongo (Cherz1).

✗ The lift doesn't work at evening. There is a vibration in the sleeping room #50 at ground floor whole night.

Exceptional

✓ Excellent place for cycling, hiking, skiing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Recommend!
