Good quality hotel, friendly staff
✓ Initially we did not intend to have breakfast but once we’d seen the produce on display we changed our minds and I indulged. A good selection and the staff explained what was available and where.

✗ Several of the staff were quite rude and unfriendly. Denying that we’d paid for a bag view room despite the fact that we had this on booking.com receipt. They were a bit difficult about storing our bikes that we had told them in advance and made us carry not wheel them to the hotel cupboard. A shame as hotel itself so nice.
