✗ My booking was confirmed online, but once I reached the hotel it was "closed for rennovations"!!! Why even confirm my booking in the first place then?!?! At 1:30 am I had to quickly look for another hotel in St. Louis. And I've yet to receive my refund for this!! I would not ever recommend it to anyone else.

✗ The bathroom was dirty. Had to clean the toilet seat with the bar soap in the bathroom and lots of toilet paper to clean the filth off th toilet seat. Still had dirty towels hanging from the shower curtain bar. Shampoo and conditioner were not changed out. At least the bed was clean. They did clean the bathroom the next day.
