Exceptional
✓ I was very satisfied with my room, location as well as with location in the center of the old town. The People who working there are very kind and always open to help in every situation.

The B&B was perfect for exploring Ortigia and it made me feel as a local living on the island.
✓ The service was great, the staff was very attentive and the spaces were very cozy. It matched the atmosphere of the city and the location was excellent. Tea, biscuits and yogurt were available 24/7.

✓ Great location. Basic accommodation but enough to be comfortable. Clean and quiet too. Lovely lady made breakfast and cleaned.

Location location location!
✓ Location was ideal, many food choices just steps away. Quiet at night, staff were friendly, plenty of breakfast items including excellent croissants! Ortigia is beautiful and well worth a visit, extremely walkable and scenic. Parking would be challenging but not an issue for us as we came via train. Clean and nice terrace to eat or hang out. Wifi worked well.
✗ We were recommended to not drink the tap water but bottled water was not provided. Bed was just ok comfort wise, pillows were not comfortable.

Excellent week's stay. Ortigia is lovely!
✓ Location could not be better. The staff were lovely and very helpful (booking taxis for example). I was kindly allowed to have a later check-out and keep my room for a few extra hours, without charge.

✓ Perfect location for tourism. Staff was friendly.
✗ Room was ok but no wardrobe, no hangers for clothes. Breakfast area was small and placed in a kind of corridor. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
