Exceptional
✓ Comfortable, modern hotel, with very helpful staff, located in a great setting on a small lake with a large park beyond, only about a 10 minute walk through the park to the Danube riverside pathway. The outside part of the restaurant, next to the lake, is very pleasant for dinner and breakfast Very dog friendly: when I arrived, there was a bowl of fresh water in the room for the dog, as well as a food dish and a note to tell me that they could supply dog food if I’d forgotten to bring any.  Free parking about a minute walk from the entrance.

✓ Lovely modern room, lake view (although spoiled by fairground), very clean, nearby park
✗ Restaurant/bar staff inattentive and appeared rather miserable

✓ Comfortable, clean and amazing breakfast. Very nice location, our room had a view to the lake.
✗ We could have used a little bit more privacy if the bathroom door and wall weren’t completely transparent glass.

A very good one!
✓ The hotel is very well located at the border of a small lake in a quit area of Ulm. A warm welcome by the friendly staff leads you to a nice and comfy room with view on the lake. The restaurant offers delicious food and a very good choice of top winery from the region. The breakfast buffet offers more than you can dream of. A very good hotel!

✓ Good, good property, facilities, amenities. Considering the COVID time with all the restrictions, staff managed well to keep up service quality.
✗ Open area in the lake closed ... understandable due to COVID
