I booked my stay with this room and the host didn't answer the phone to check me in!

✗ I was suppose to stay at this property a weekend, after I booked and got my confirmation I wrote to the host telling them that I was traveling from outside of the parish for a meeting and I needed directions. All the host did was emailed me to ask if I had whatsapp and I told him yes. That was the only message I ever got from him. The day before my seminar which was the Friday, I tried contacting the host but the phone was ringing without an answer, the morning of my stay I continue to call and leave messages (email, SMS, whatsapp) until 5 the evening I was still trying to contact the person to the property. Up to this day I have not gotten a response or a call back from the property and I find that to be very rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would NEVER book with this place again!!

✓ Location just minutes away from manor park and fresh food super value supermarket.Also within close proximity to souvinir shops and major banks. Most important is the exceptional hospitality from proprietor who went beyond the call of duty to assist in whatever way she could.Quickly arranged a replacement hire car when i had difficulty with first arrangement

✗ Hard to find dislikes....theres none to be honest.

Amazing Gem in Kingston

✓ Very homely and quiet environment, easily accessible to everywhere. Came fully equipped so it's perfect for someone looking to relax and unwind after a long and tiring trip. Will definitely be staying here again. 😊😊
